Grocery Cart Basics

Sometimes people don’t quite know what they should be eating in order to be healthy. ┬áSo, here it is:

  1. Mostly vegetables
  2. Some fruit
  3. Less sugar
  4. More water
  5. Lean protein meats

So next time you’re on the checkout line, take a quick gander at what your cart looks like - compare it’s contents to this small outline of what your body needs, and you make the decisions from there!
